Being a software engineer started working in Astra Organisation 5years back as a fresher but within a year of my experience in Astra I was able to learn all the aspects of management practically which helped me in starting my company Innostus Inc in the year of 2015. A girl who came with no idea of management and entrepreneurship now being a women entrepreneur is just because of the training that was given in Astra Organisation and moulded me to be a person whom I’m today.
